A unique detail of the 116200 is the railroad chapter ring that outlines the dial. This is a heavily vintage-inspired detail, and one that is not seen on many Rolex models. Powering this watch is Rolex's in-house Caliber 3135 automatic movement with 48 hours of power reserve.
